A Healthy Slice of the Good Life

1 out of 3 youth in Abu Dhabi are either overweight or obese, and an unhealthy diet is the main reason for this sad epidemic. With heavy consumption of junk food (aka fast food) in the capital city, it is relieving to learn about an alternative to bad meal choices.

Slices, offering fresh and wholesome food made fast to cater to busy lifestyles, is a great replacement to the fast food people are accustomed to.

With 2 out of 4 of their food stations being located in schools and university campuses, it is an ideal way to get students to choose meals more wisely. Slices run a school food program along with Brighton College Abu Dhabi to educate the youth about healthy eating habits. They work with various local partners to source fresh organic products for their health conscious dishes, and donate excess food to local community initiatives, a great example of a socially responsible company.

Their online food station is coming soon to expand the Slices experience to a larger market.
