Trying to find eco-friendly products and recycling services was no breeze for Tatiana Antonelli Abella when she moved to Dubai. She launched Goumbook in 2010 to help residents like herself live a greener lifestyle with the right information and resources.
Considering that the UAE has the 2nd highest ecological footprint in the world, the site came at the right time, equipped with an online green eco store, a green business directory, a news section to raise awareness about environmental issues and eco calendar to announce green initiatives, and more. “Goumbook is all about sharing easy ways to make a big difference in our health, and the health of our planet,” she says.
