Take a Journey Like No Other

If you’ve ever dreamed about having a life-changing, challenging adventure in a remote part of the world, and making a difference to the lives of children, then here’s the good news: Gulf for Good does both at once.

Since its initiation in 2001, G4G has successfully organized “44 challenges, and raised more than $2 million for schools, hospitals, orphanages, and the purchase of medical equipment in 23 countries in the Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa,” says G4G board member and spokesperson Tricia Evans. “Each challenge participant raises sponsorship money which is used to support carefully selected children’s charities in the countries where the challenges take place.”

2014 promises to be a memorable one for G4G with with many events in the pipeline – starting with a cycling challenge in Laos, followed by an opportunity to summit Jebel Toubkal in Morroco and an unforgettable hike on Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. The year will finish off with a multi-sport challenge in Mongolia.

G4G is a Dubai-based charity that encourages Gulf nationals and residents to push their own limits while helping to “shift the cycle of poverty for the next generation.”
