The Time for Women to Succeed Is…Right Now

“It is never too late to follow your dreams and pursue your passions” is a motto Thoraya Al-Awadhi holds near and dear. Having dedicated 25 years to raising her children, this mother of seven and grandmother of five built her Thoraya Group into a success in just over 3 years.

The key to success, she confides, is for people to “follow these dreams with patience and determination, always be optimistic…and never be tied down (by age).” She is organizing her 15th Women Exhibition (the largest yet) to encourage women entrepreneurs to showcase their products, “meet people, get advice and take ideas that can gradually improve (their) business and help it grow.”

The exhibition will be held from December 11-14 at the Dubai World Trade Center, offering “a unique experience and venue for business women from this region to meet business women from all over the world.”
