Ways to Reflect and Celebrate International Women’s Day

On the 8th of March every year the world celebrates International Women’s Day. We listed ways you can celebrate the women in your life throughout the week. 

1) Spend time talking to your mother about her life before you. Get to know her and the things that helped shape her into the woman you know. Ask her about her fears from her 20s and some of her best memories.

2) Tell a female friend why you admire her. 

3) Put at least one goal to accomplish before the next International Women’s Festival, on a personal level or professional or social.

4) Learn about the top women around the world: It’s important that to recognize the first woman who entered space, or assumed command of an important institution, won an international award given to accomplish.
