First Social Mobile App for Middle Eastern Mothers

“Throughout my first motherhood journey, a new dream was born,” says Pakinam El Badry, in creating the region’s long-awaited, free, secured mobile application and social network for mothers along with her supportive husband – and they called it MummyChitChats!

This app encourages communication and collaboration through chitchats (private group chats), and is backed with location-based handy features that simplifies a mother’s life, including emergency numbers, mummy and kids pages (directories of mother and child related places such as nurseries, schools, pediatricians, hospitals, pharmacies, outings, etc), tips and recipes, a baby vaccination calendar, an offers section, and many more.

“It is basically a venue for mothers to find all related info in an interactive, user friendly and handy mobile app that I wish all mothers enjoy using,” adds El Badry, targeting mothers in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

The couple started working on the idea after their beautiful daughter Farah reached her one year milestone, launching the app in November 2012.

They are planning an interesting update due soon, so download the app, create an account, enjoy it, and stay tuned!
