Moreover, apples are very beneficial for the face skin as they contain vitamin A which lightens the skin and purifies it from the spots that distort the face. Most recommended face masks involve apples and sometimes mixed with honey or other ingredients which assures the advantages of apples to the skin and face. Not only do apples contain vitamin A, they also contain vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C, E, and K.

Adding to that, eating an apple on daily basis protects your teeth from decaying as it’s considered to be a bacteria fighter. Also, apples strengthen the gum and are well-known for regulating the cholesterol rates. Other than that, apples are great for weight loss, exercise extenders, heart health, cancer curbs, immune system boosters, and cataracts preventers.
