We are all used to eating fruits mostly because our mothers tell us to do so. But, let’s take a closer look into the benefits of apples to see where did our mothers advice come from.

Apples contain all the calories, fibres, sugars, proteins, and fats that each human body needs to function well.
Every 100 grams of an apple contains 6 milligrams of Calcium, 5 milligrams of Magnesium, 11 milligrams of Phosphor, 1 milligram of Sodium, 0.12 milligrams of Iron, 0.035 milligrams of Manganese, 107 milligrams of Potassium, and 0.04 milligrams of Zinc.

Moreover, apples are very beneficial for the face skin as they contain vitamin A which lightens the skin and purifies it from the spots that distort the face. Most recommended face masks involve apples and sometimes mixed with honey or other ingredients which assures the advantages of apples to the skin and face. Not only do apples contain vitamin A, they also contain vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C, E, and K.

Adding to that, eating an apple on daily basis protects your teeth from decaying as it’s considered to be a bacteria fighter. Also, apples strengthen the gum and are well-known for regulating the cholesterol rates. Other than that, apples are great for weight loss, exercise extenders, heart health, cancer curbs, immune system boosters, and cataracts preventers.

Therefore, apples form a kingdom, for all the benefits and advantages they provide. Indeed, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
