“Shave a mustache. Keep a Syrian child warm,” reads the campaign slogan. Launched by Students Organize for Syria (SOS) and framed by the hashtag #Staches4Syria, the initiative features 15 Teams and 42 “Staches” competing in a mustache-shaving campaign to provide winter packages for Syrian children.

The teams, which span from the US and Canada to Europe and the Middle East, are raising money for winter packages which will be distributed by Karam Foundation in Syria to help children survive the winter. Each $20 winter package contains a winter coat, a blanket, a hat, a scarf, and a pair of gloves for a Syrian child.

This campaign, which started on November 25 and is running its last day, aims to raise $100,000 as part of Razoo’s #GivingTuesday project. Last year, the campaign successfully raised $100,000.
