Scholarships, internships and educational opportunities abroad are now available on smartphones thanks to for9a.com, a website and app freshly developed in Jordan. Launched last January 31 in Amman, the application was created by Forsa, a Jordanian youth organization focused on bridging bridges between cultures.
The organization’s programs cater for youth from the MENA region between 15 and 35 years old, who are invited to submit their applications, CVs and cover letters to the organisation, which will match them with suitable programs.
Those interested can create an account on the website or app to access the programs that meet their needs, members of Forsa told the Jordan Times at the launch event. With 29,000 members already on board, the website features opportunities, success stories and educational material both in English and Arabic for eager students.
