According to The Telegraph , Ad agency Leo Burnett Istanbul spent a month planning the advert and teaching Istanbul residents sign language to surprise Muharrem. Viewed over 5 million times on Youtube, the video went viral in less than a week since its launch, spreading a hopeful call to bring all barriers down.
